You may use our Services to: (a) Scan and analyze your own residential or commercial properties. (b) Generate Vaastu reports for personal use or for properties you own or manage. (c) Learn about Vaastu Shastra principles through our educational content. (d) Share your personal results with family, friends, or consultants you choose. (e) Use the app as a reference tool for architectural or interior design decisions.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to: (a) Scan properties without the owner's permission. (b) Use analysis for commercial purposes without a business license. (c) Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our Services or content. (d) Create derivative products based on our analysis algorithms. (e) Use our data to train competing AI or ML models. (f) Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary technology. (g) Violate any applicable laws or regulations. (h) Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties. (i) Engage in any activity that could harm our Services or other users.

3. Professional Use

If you are a Vaastu consultant, architect, interior designer, or real estate professional and wish to use our Services commercially, you must: (a) Obtain a business license from us. (b) Clearly disclose that you are using automated analysis tools. (c) Not represent our analysis as your own professional opinion. (d) Comply with all professional licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. (e) Accept responsibility for any advice you provide to clients.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to: (a) Investigate suspected violations of this policy. (b) Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. (c) Report illegal activities to law enforcement. (d) Take legal action against violators. (e) Modify this policy at any time.

5. Reporting Violations
