Data Deletion Policy

At Foundational Creations, we respect your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This includes: (a) Your account information (name, email, password). (b) Home scanning data and floor plans. (c) Vaastu analysis reports. (d) Usage history and preferences. (e) Any other personal information we hold about you.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through: (a) In-App Settings: Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Data. (b) Email Request: Send a request to delete@foundationalcreations.com from the email associated with your account. (c) Written Request: Send a written request to our registered address. Please include your account email and specify what data you want deleted. We may ask for verification of your identity before processing the request.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request: (a) We will delete your personal data within 30 days. (b) Your account will be permanently closed. (c) You will lose access to any premium features or subscriptions. (d) Analysis reports and scanning data will be permanently removed. (e) We will notify any third parties with whom we shared your data.

4. Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained even after deletion request for: (a) Legal Compliance: Data required to be kept by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) may be retained for up to 7 years. (b) Dispute Resolution: If there are pending disputes, relevant data may be retained until resolution. (c) Fraud Prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent abuse of our Services. (d) Anonymized Data: Aggregate, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics.

5. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion process to complete. Backup systems may retain copies for up to 90 days before complete removal.
