End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and Foundational Creations concerning your use of the Vaastu mobile application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Foundational Creations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Application. (b) Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application. (c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of Foundational Creations or its affiliates.

3. Termination

The license is effective until terminated by you or Foundational Creations. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.

4. External Services

The Application may enable access to Foundational Creations's and third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. Foundational Creations is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services.

5. NO WARRANTY

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOUNDATIONAL CREATIONS BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
